Revised: after two weeks useless! Best lid ever, better than any orignal lid
I have to ammend my original review, at first these things were really really great but after only a couple weeks the sliding stopper would not stay on so that lids became useless! These Lids REALLY work well, the rim seal is really good, so good that unless I open the drinking spout to let the air out the lid will not seat all the way down. The sliding drinking spout seal really does stop any liquid from seeping out. BEST Lid ever, even better then any of the origonal cup lids. VERY HAPPY with purchase!

Good lid - does the job!
Lid is made of good quality! Does not leak. Sits kinda high on my 30 oz. cup but it does the job!

Easy to clean
I really love this lid because the slider that opens and closes it is magnetic so you can easily remove it and clean. Unlike most lids where the slider just seems to be trap this one you can clean everywhere

Falls apart easily after about 5–6 months use.
I’ve gone through two lids in about 10 1/2 months. Just ordered two more. I guess for the price what do I expect? The slider falls out after a few uses then after a while the edge that goes inside that holds rubber gasket separates from the rest of lid. If I don’t have the lid, my contents becomes cold faster. I will be more mindful of its fragility. As far as I can see, it’s about all I can do.

Just a dab of oil on the rubber ring makes it fit perfectly
At 1st I thought the lid did not fit- that it was a tad too big. I was quick to return it, then my roommate suggested I put a dollop oil (any cooking kind) around the rubber ring. VOILA! The lid was perfect! I DID have to put a dab of oil on the rubber seal maybe 3 more times but now the lid snaps on and pops off instantly without any issues. Glad I did not return and I hope this helps you. It is 100% leakproof
