Polished Steel Paella Pan 60cm Paellera Valencian

Great paella pan, but must be used on a proper paella pan cooker due to it's size, but that is the same for most, as you do need a more even heat.Care needed to keep it in a good condition, always wash thoroughly, dry well and oil to prevent it from rusting.Great pan, especially for the money... cost in on street shops £35, exactly same model.Used while holidaying in France for two groups of people, 8 and 15, it made more than enough and cooked very evenly.

Very good paellera, we have used it a couple of times already and no problems at all. Make sure you put on a bit of olive oil after cleaning before storing though. My friends love our paella party :)

not very good, food sticks no matter what I use. very thin even for the lowest setting on the grill.
