If I could give this 10 stars I would I love it!! I now have subscription for this product so I get it every few mths as I love it so much. After washing hair I always use it so like 3 little squits on my hand and rub all over my hair. Smell is light and not overpowering at all. It's not sticky at all either. Makes my hair manageable and easier to brush and when I don't use it I notice that my hair is dry. So def adds shine and softness. Can't talk about this product more highly if I could. Buy Buy Buy is all I can say , spray is good too but I prefer the serum as I feel spray can sometimes make my hair too dry. I've bought this product over 20 times that's how much I love it!! 100/10

I use on damp hair before drying. I bleached my hair and it is very damaged. This product enabled me to salvage the remains and make it feel like hair again. I recommend this product to anyone who has had any chemical treatment on their hair. It's lightweight so doesn't overload or make it lank and greasy.

I didn't expect this was going to be that good as I use redken and more expensive products. However I have now found my go to serum. It smells great and leaves my hair so soft.

Not a bad product, smells lovely, and distributes nicely. A little product goes a long way, too much can make your hair greasy.However there are other products out there I find better and more cost effective.

Happy with the product but not how on the second order it came without a pump, which after looking at reviews would appear to be a reasonably common problem. No disrespect to the packer as I know they work hard for their pay, but surely it is quite obvious that there is a piece missing so WHY bother sending it out to the customer?!May get in touch with Goldwell to suggest that their items are boxed so that they cannot be sent out with obvious defects. Can only assume that there are pump heads floating around somewhere in the Amazon warehouse.

Needed this for a function tonight but received it without a nozzle (as per so many previous reviews). Really thought this problem would have been sorted now but obviously people's complaints are not being taken seriously. Waiting to see if a nozzle can be sent separately and hoping to improvise for tonight, really not acceptable for a premium product.

Had my hair cut this week & this was used at the salon I went to...instantly fell in love. I have bleached, dry ends...this is so moisturising without being greasy, smells amazing and makes my curls look defined and lush...& I had tried soooo many differenthair repairing oils etc.new regular on hair/ in my hair care routine. I have also purchased shampoo and conditioner as I'm so in love with this product.

I really like this product so bought it again however when it arrived it was damaged but I am unable to return this product or obtain a refund! That does not seem right when selling a product it should be as shown in the photograph and be at least able to be used. Very disappointed in the service and out of pocket and unable to get my money back or get a replacement product
