A very good book just comes in time!
We had a big family gathering last days and I was judged by some of my cousins about what I am doing at the moments, my job, my future plans, even my appearance and I couldn’t stop thinking about that . I feel exhausted to be influenced by others‘ thoughts. The book just came up to help me sprit myself up. I feel more confident and firm to stand up on my feet, not be reluctant by surrounding environment. Thank you, Author Harley Hunter for this really good book!

What a great book! This is a non-fiction book that is loaded with good, practical information while being fun to read at the same time. Harley Hunter has organized this book perfectly from start to finish. It is loaded with definitions and explanations so that you understand what you are feeling and thinking. The author gives you concrete examples and hypothetical scenarios to define differences between anxiety, rumination, negative thinking, etc. And the best part - this book taught me that I do not simply have a personality flaw that can't be corrected. There are actual, real ways to change your bad thoughts and habits! Harley provides many tools, tips, and tricks to cope with and even eliminate the overthinking that many of us experience to the point of being detrimental to our mental health.

Calm your mind and find inner peace.
Excellent book for anyone struggling with the stress of one’s mind not quieting down. Very good instruction on identifying the problem areas you may be experiencing and practical solutions for how to stop overthinking, and reduce stress and anxiety.

very informative
I am an avid reader and was able to read this rather quickly. There were times I stopped to reflect on my life so I can start applying some of the ideas. I really feel this is a book that should be read in schools and prisons. One never knows what will turn somebody’s life for the better.

Great to reduce anxiety!
This is such a step by step book. I never thought I overthink but I was curious about it. It turns out I do and this book is helping me so much!

Cleared my mind -at least a good start!
Harley Hunter has summarized a great scope of articles and examples to help with decluttering ones mind and to aid with priority and focus. Would recommend "Stop Overthinking!" if you're getting mired in details and anxiety, and need to reduce worry about all the "what-ifs".
