Dont waste your mone only small tins and not even a third full total waste of money all 4 tins the same

Great value, delivery , price and packaging. Will definitely buy again, we are living in Germany and we need our English chocolate .

It's a little heartbreaking to pay this amount of money for the four tubs of chocolate, but if you live abroad and still want to keep some of the Christmas traditions going, it's definitely cheaper doing it this way than flying to England, either to eat them there or bring them back. And anyway, it's once a year.No surprises with the quality, we've been eating these chocolates for decades, so knew what to expect. Packaging was quite adequate and the service was fast. Will be doing this again next Christmas.

Chocolates are nice classics but an entire flavour was missing from the Quality Street box. Specifically the 'chocolate caramel brownie' flavour. I haven't opened the other boxes yet so I cannot speak to those but I imagine this would be quite the disappointment to those who enjoy that flavour.It advertises the flavour on the box so it isn't an old batch. The box was sealed fairly well so it doesn't appear to have been tampered with. These boxes may have not passed some sort of quality check which is why they're able to be sold off remotely cheaply.

Clearly been stored in inadequate condition for some, or all of their life.Chocolates, deformed, discoloured and tasteless.Individual boxes damaged on arrival. I appreciate there is no way of knowing whether this happened during transit, or at vendor's premises.Very good communication from vendor, unfortunately, that's the only positive comment I have.Not only did I have to spend time taping the damaged box back up so as to return in original packaging (as well as unwrapping a few chocolates to photograph & send though that is fair, as I had a complaint) I then found myself negotiating how much they will refund me! Having lost the will to live, I settled on 75%.Not the most fun I've had spending money, time & effort for nothing tangible in return.

I think this is amazing value for money and all the best chocolates,a amazing must have for Christmas!!!!!great customer service and communication, very fast delivery!!!!!!
