This video entryphone system works very well overall, but installation requires careful thought and planning, especially with more than one screen which I have. After carefully surveying different locations and their cable runs, I opted for an enclosed porch and angled position next to the door which permitted a hidden cable run from the outside. The master screen went in the hallway next to the kitchen, allowing power to come from there. However I made the mistake initially of locating the right-hand side of the screen too close to an architrave, this is where the menu button and microSD card slot are, so best to leave 3-4 cm space. However the screen fixing brackets work well, with the screen sliding down on them, but make sure there is enough gap for cabling, I used spacers on the back of the bracket. I bought the extension 4 core cable and there was enough to run to the second screen upstairs with careful planning. Image quality is reasonable for the purposes required (even when photographed off the screen), but only stored on the master not slave screens. Most installs will require extension cabling for entryphone and power to the screen and several flying leads are supplied for the purpose as all devices use specialist small cable connectors. Overall very happy with performance so far. I haven't used the electric lock option, nor a second entryphone or cameras which would make it even more flexible.

Great item and good value. Works very well. Instructions not the best and you need good cable which is only mentioned in the instructions so get this before you fit the wires. Also I put the door unit with camera at recommended height which was a bit high due to step outside front door. Good picture and able to record the person at the door even when we are out with added memory card.

Part 1: Bought the door call and 2 monitors kit in July 2019 and all installed / operational - good system and generally did what was advertised.Having pre-read feedback and noted the reported issues regards extending the standard provided cables - opted to purchase the Tmezon additional length connecting cable which has the appropriate connectors pre-wired. This provided end to end connectivity (within the length of the cable) making it - as much as possible, plug and play.Following on from install and operation, the system encountered problems in Feb 2020 (approx 7 months after install) and stopped working properly.Part 2: Contacted the seller (Hoomia_eup) via Amazon provided link and reported / described the problem. Had a number of very positive responses from them within 24 hrs and they then dispatched a replacement kit which arrived approximately 5 days after the system failed.In general terms - electronic components can / do fail occasionally, it's a fact of life. What has been extremely well received is the very prompt and positive response from their customer support which has been both attentive and regular during the interim period. The reason for 4 stars - the piece of kit had a failure which triggered the contact with the provider in the first place. As to the follow up service, I can't fault it. Ours was a fairly extreme issue but if their customer service provides the same level of input to purchasers (whatever the issue) then top marks are due.

Beautiful looking device can be deceptive. The installation is not so straightforward, the image starts to deteriorate until it no longer works within a week or so after installation and the ring tones are cheesy

I have to say this is an impressive piece of kit for a reasonable price. Installation is a doddle, it simply plugs and plays although I could do with a longer cable between the intercom and monitor.The monitor has the ability to record video or photos each time the bell is pressed, but you have to buy a memory card if you want the video recorded. Handy features include setting the doorbell volume at certain times, so it doesn't wake the kids after their bedtime.All in all highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. Please see attached video showing problem. Language on monitor is set to english. This just plays when call button pressed. Any help please message

I installed with extensions cable of 25 meter but the picture is very blur and hardly see face of who is on door on cam 1 and also the camera on bell is also little blur and can face but not very sharp and clear.Can anyone help me to solve this problem to get more clear picture by any adjustment?

Would buy it again.Excellent product does exactly what it says, good images and sound.Works well with an electronic door lock from a different manufacturer and supplier, support staff very helpful in advising how to connect door lock.
