Great beginners manual
Did a lot of research before i decided to purchase this book. A lot of books do not have the detailed tutorial type instructions that this book provides. Written in a friendly and informative text. Lots of actual photographs to acompany instruction which i find very helpful.Excited to become a creative stitcher with the guidance provided by this author .

A cure for machine quilting phobia is available!
I am so pleased I bought this book as, for a long time, I have avoided machine quilting, which has led to many dull hours of hand quilting. Clearly I need to get to grips with doing it on the machine, even if only for a bit of variety in styles. This book explains thoroughly in clear sentences and with lots of photos, and takes you through from the absolute basics to a level as advanced as any I would ever need. The author understands the sticking points and addresses them so you feel you can give it a go. She leads you, via small pieces for practice, to the point where you would feel that doing a whole quilt is a real possibility. I'm most grateful to her!

Great book, worth the wait!
I ordered my copy really soon after release - great price, came very quickly. I recommended it to so many of my students, who have been disappointed to find that there is a delivery delay now, but it is worth waiting for.

Have just ordered a third copy of this book ....
Have just ordered a third copy of this book - two have been as gifts. If you want to be more adventurous with your walking foot - this is the book to get. Simple, clear instructions, brilliant ideas - and in the days when FMQ and longarming seem to rule - this book gives 'walking foot' quilting the respect it deserves.

Super Book
This is a great book and is a companion to the Jacquie Gering class on Craftsy. It is very informative and explains in detail how to use the walking foot to quilt great patterns.
