I love the clarity of the audio/video and the ease of use with my Iphone5. Installation wasn't that complicated but not that user-friendly too. Once installed, it's a breeze to use. To move the camera while watching video, just scroll left or right, up or down on your phone screen. Highly recommended.

Camera had to be reset several times 2 weeks in, then froze and stopped working all together after 3 weeks. Both my brother and I tried trouble shooting and attaching to Ethernet and still didn't work. When I tried to return it 4 weeks later it was too late. Thank God I purchased the insurance from Asurion and was able to get my money back.

Great camera works good. Had an issue with the power plug on the camera but supplier was quick to resolve.Only con I have is you can’t hang from the ceiling because the lense isn’t self leveling.
