I have only three minor criticisms:1) the ball joint can be made tight with the nut behind the holder, but over time it loosens and the holder starts to rotate and twist a bit when you don't want it to.2) the cable goes up into the bottom of the unit - it would be neater if it came in from the rear, hidden behind the unit (but from my searching, they all seem to be like this).3) Some stick pads to help the lower two "feet" stick to the dash surface would be appreciated. As it is, they can slide around, stopping the thing from staring in place.I consider these minor issues. I'm been using this for a while now and I'm happy with it. Dropping my phone in and flipping it out is a doddle, and it holds the phone itself very securely without risk of damaging it. Just the ticket.

Love this, brought as a present 🎁 for my other half. Really pleased as it sticks well to the interior and I can rest easy that my partner won’t run out of charge whilst on his journey. For the price I am satisfied in fact I am going to buy another one for myself.

I have a Samsung S6 and this does not charge it, as the phone is too big to line up with the wireless charger which is in the centre of the mount.This would be ok for anyone with a small phone, but in today's world phones are getting bigger and bigger.My partner's Elephone P9000 will only charge for a second when it is placed upside down in the charger, and only in a certain alignment.It would probably be better if the little prong holders at the bottom of the cradle were adjustable or could flip up out of the way for bigger phones, but they are fixed and would need sawing off to get this car charger to work with any reasonably sized modern smartphone.I will be returning for a refund.

I found this product amazing, it worked really well and gave me the best feeling knowing can just put my phone in the holder and it will charge. When you receive the product they send you two fittings for the car I tried both and they both fitted really well and did feel like it would fall. The build quality for this is very strong and they use a good high quality plastic that which feels great. There is not much else to say but you've got to try it to believe it.

I bought one of these for my car and have used it for a week. To charge my phone i have to remove it from its case which is unlike the Anker wireless charger i have at home which works perfectly through the case. The biggest issue is, the unit smells strongly of over heating even without a phone on it. The face of the unit with no phone on it gets warm. I use the car cigarette lighter point for the usb end of the lead. I consider the over heating a fire risk so have removed the item and will be putting in a complaint. I cannot obviously recommend this item!

The charger seems well made with a ball and socket attachment at the back. It also has a mount for the AC as an alternative. The seller is fantastic. They were incredibly supportive and dealt with me very well. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Works well but struggles to keep my s8 plus charged , just manages to keep charge that i started with
