What's not to like?
I've had this clock a couple of months now and so far it's showed the right time, which I'm very pleased about. No instructions came with it so I just put the battery in and let it do its thing. It self adjusts overnight I believe when the radio signal is at its strongest. Whatever it does, it nice looking with a clear and readable face. Quiet too. I certainly recommend, and will buy again.

Brilliant clock
Brilliant clock. Working well so far. Took a while for the signal to come through but after a bit of fiddling and resetting it finally got there. Good clear face and the tick is not too loud for me. Good in a therapy room.

It does lose signal, but seems OK
Nice clock, it does tick. I have it in my bathroom. A few times since I have had it, and in the early hours, it sounds like someone is tapping, but the clock has lost signal, so does the re-set thing.. after about 10 minutes in gets the signal and sorts itself out..

Beautiful, legible, automatic
These are lovely clocks - picked a couple up, very legible and easy to read - love the colour options. These are radio controlled clocks, note that signal tends to be best overnight so they may need to be left alone to find the signal overnight. I think some simple instructions either on the box or as a slip in the box would be appreciated - just because there are some buttons on the back, for example 'rec' which I assume means 'search for signal', as well as a set and reset button - but generally you'll want to just pop a battery in these and leave them alone to do their thing - quality better than I expected for the price, pleasantly surprised - British brand which is nice to support. Clock is very quiet, I have much smaller analogue clocks which click much more loudly.

Cheap, Accurate, Easy to use
I'm very pleased with this clock - it's cheap, accurate, easy to use, and quite pretty. On the back of the clock is a QR code for the instructions for the model number on the right of the code - or google 'acctim manual 74664' if you want to read them before buying. After inserting the battery, the clock will automatically begin searching for the MSF radio signal. The second hand will typically move to the 12 o'clock position and remain there until the signal is received and the time is set. I placed my clock by a North-facing (or whatever direction the Cumbria tranmitter is to you) window and left it overnight. There is a manual SET button which when pressed will move the hands forward until you release at the correct time and it will then continue as a normal clock until it receives the next signal.

Faulty
Intermittent fault after about a year I bought this Acctim Nardo 20cm radio-controlled clock from Amazon about a year ago and initially I was very pleased with it. It looks good and, when working correctly, keeps accurate time. However, I have now experienced the same fault twice. The hands suddenly start moving continuously around the clock face and do not stop. The only way I have been able to recover it is by removing and restarting the battery, after which it appears to reset and work normally again. This is particularly disappointing for a radio-controlled clock, as I would expect the mechanism to be reliable and automatically correct itself without getting stuck in a continuous cycle. As the problem has now happened twice, I consider this to be an intermittent fault rather than a one-off incident. I would be interested to know whether other owners have experienced the same problem. Good clock when it works, but the intermittent hand-movement fault is concerning.

A kitchen essential
It's an attractive clock and it keeps perfect time. Put the batteries in, it defaulted to 12 and then paused for the signal to cut in and set the time. That took maybe ten minutes, and it's been perfect ever since. I won't have to touch it until the battery dies. A kitchen essential.

Nice clock.
It was easy to set up, just put the battery in and leave it to do its thing. It seems to be keeping good time. A bit smaller than the kitchen clock I had but still easy to read the time. Plastic frame does look a bit cheap, but then it wasn't an expensive clock, and once it's on the wall you can't tell, that goes for the faint ticking too. I brought it for It's ability to set It's own time so it doesn't need to be done manually each spring and autumn; so I'll have to wait till March to see if it works. Update 28 Oct 2024. While the clock is still working fine, it didn't update itself when the clocks went back/forward on any of the changes since I brought it, I even waited a few days after the time changes to see if it would reset, it didn't. I had to get it down off the wall and remove & replace the battery before it set to the right time again, which defeats the purpose for having the clock. Disappointing. I've reduced my original rating to 3 stars, though I think it's more a 2 5.
