I have plantar fasciitis so have to be careful choosing my shoes. These are very comfortable, though a bit stiff to start off with. Good support and grip. I've not tested the waterproof claim yet so can't comment on that.

Extremely comfortable walking shoe ... very grippy rubber sole ... ideal as a walking/leisure shoe. And they are definitely waterproof ... a feature I particularly wanted. Recommended.

One star given because they are comfortable, however I bought them for walking the dog when it's raining. I did and hour and half dog walk today in the rain and my feet were soaked. Very disappointed

This is the first pair of Merrell shoes I’ve tried and I’m really happy with them. They’re a lovely bright colour, fit perfectly and are great for walking. The laces do come undone, so need to be double knotted, they could do with being a bit longer. But overall I would definitely recommend them and buy again.

If, like me you have wide feet Merrel are my go to walking shoe. They have an arched cushioned sole, so are very comfortable no need to break them in. Waterproof too.

Really liked these trainers, look smart and comfortable for dog walking

I bought these Merrell walking shoes in good faith as I wanted a comfortable waterproof hiking shoe. After having them for only 3 months they are not waterproof. I walk my dog everyday so waterproof hiking shoes are essential.

The soles are very hard with limited flexibility, they are to be returned. They appear short at the back of the heel

Fit just as expected. Will be trying them out hiking next week.

I am an avid walker for life. I understand the importance of a great shoe for walking. This shoe is comfortable. Gives stability to my stance, support in arch and around heel. the insole has just enough comfort .... not too soft ... firm but not hard. The soles have a nice grip for stepping off of or uneven pavement. I purchased this pair as a back up to another pair that I have been wearing about three weeks. No need to "break in" Ready to go!

It was convenient for hiking. Comfortable and I feel like it’s durable. I would highly recommend this hiking shoes for first timers like me.

So These boots were ordered twice by me, and they both ran narrow and small for my foot. These boots were labeled for men but there not!! This boot is for women cleary!

They look amazing, but I have a strict budget. I tried the size 7 which is too small (I am usually size 7.5) I would love to purchase the size 8 but the price difference is ridiculous ($40)
