Bought a second one after using the first. Used a face cloth to dry after. So no toilet paper and no washing hands necessary. With a few days practice, I’m a pro! So fast and clean. Hope it lasts a long time! Excellent value for the money. Hint: I used a drill, at low speed to unscrew and install the toilet seat carefully. Also, ignore the 3 spacers. Must be for some unique application.

It comes with some sort of risers for old kind of toilets but the instructions didn’t have that information. Other than that, easy to install and wonderful product

This product I fell in love with. This is my first bidet and I'm not disappointed. It does well at cleaning but I still wipe to make sure I'm clean. This slightly raises the toilet seat so I had to use the risers provided. It was easy to install and I didn't need any tools at all. I made sure the rubber washer was in and left a towel down for a day to see if there were any surprise leaks and nothing. The hose that connects from the water line is long enough but not too flexible but it is metal braiding so it is a give and take. I do like the metal connection to the actual bidet. All in all it was a great purchase.

Golden and rose gold colour are same a displayed, it looks good. Very easy and smooth to twist across different modes and easy to install. However, it keeps seat on the higher position after installing but no issues at all
