Update:After submitting my review, the company reached out and corrected the issue. I wasn't expecting that, but I am satisfied now.Previous review:This is sturdy and it looks nice, however the holes they pre-drilled were not aligned, as though it had been done carelessly. So the doors do not align, which makes the whole thing look cheap. Otherwise, the crate is sturdy and fits my two cats easily. It would look so much nicer if the doors fit together as they are supposed to.

This crate is cost efficient and super high quality that comes with a huge tray, cushion and solid metal mesh. My new born doodle would be very comfortable potty train here.

It arrived fairly quickly for not being on prime. The shipping was a bit expensive, but is what it is. We needed a different kennel because our toy Australian shepherded puppy could fit through the wire on her wire crate. It showed up and once I got to the final page of instructions to put the doors on, I discovered one of the doors was not machined to be able to put the hinges on the actual door piece. I had to drill the holes myself to get it to work. Also, place all the hardware on the doors before the handles, except for the left door handle, you have to put at least the top screw into the handle to be able to place the inside locking mechanism on because it sits over the top of the screw. The right door handle should be put on last so you can get the outer locking mechanism in place as well. Other than those little mishaps, it is very functional and cute. Maybe just be prepared for those slight adjustments to the instructions and the door not having the holes drilled for the hinges. However, once I posted the review and there were aware of the few things wrong with it, they immediately reached out to me and offered a full refund for the product. I would have to say it’s one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had thus far with a non Amazon prime shipper/ company. As I said, the kennel is still very cute a functional and works great. Our pup seems to like it and it’s looks much better in my home than those wire ones.

This is a really bad item; low quality, missing screwes, there are wholes that they did and putty it to cover up. The wholes do not line up.

Product was broken in several places but we glued back together. Had no choice puppy was already here and I needed something immediately. :(

I was really excited to get this. I actually bought two because I have two dogs. And for context, I've bought a lot of cheap furniture from Amazon, so this isn't my first rodeo. Let's start with the positive: they do look good once assembled. On the other hand, it was a pain putting it together.For one, the instructions are not very good, and like I said, I've experienced building other cheap furniture from Amazon. It's also a good thing (I guess?) that I bought two because one of them didn't come with instructions at all. The "D" screws were not very good quality, so you'll likely strip some even if you get the right-sized Phillips head (because the one it came with was hard to use cuz it's so short). The threading inside the ends of the handles are not threaded all the way through (for some) so the screw won't go all the way in even if you try really hard. You'll end up stripping the screws instead.The biggest issue I had was that this is advertised as 39 inches long, but both crates I bought were only at 36.5 inches. When you own fairly large breed dogs, every inch of space matters. I was undecided between this and another crate and ended up choosing this because I expected 39 inches.

It is pretty easy to set up and assemble. I didn’t have issue on the assembly process. The piece is beautiful in my home that gives a farmhouse vibe in the living room. My dog is not too big and fit in fine
