Thyme honey.
Not too sugary or sticky. Taste just like the thyme honey we had in Corfu. Great on its own or use with sweet or savoury dishes.

Excellent Honey
Excellent honey. Of all the honeys that I have tried this year this one is easily the best. It has just the right consistency for me and is smooth and flavoursome.

Good but bit pricey
A pleasant Honey - not as aromatic as some but it is still clearly recognisable as an authentic Greek Thyme Honey. You are paying a premium for the privilege of purchasing online but if you don’t have a good Greek Deli in easy reach its just about worth it!

Best honey ever!
Sooo nice! Takes me back to my holiday in Rhodes where this honey is from. I eat it straight from the spoon! Although good as topping or mixed in as sweetener. Savour the flavour. Will defo order again, so smooth and flavoursome. Beautiful x
