This PTZ camera from Ctronics works pretty well, it's easy enough to setup with the proprietary app and doesn't require an account as such, just open the app and connect it to your WiFi network or hardwire using the network cable supplied, although it's quite short so you may need a longer one depending on your setup. If opting for the WiFi connection it supports both 2.4 & 5GHz bands which a lot of cameras in this price bracket don't so bonus points there. There are a number of different methods to connect the camera to the network but after trying them all I found the direct connection to a phone on the same network was the most successful and easiest, the QR code didn't really work and kept disconnecting and the other method they label as 'wireless installation' that requires you to place the phone with the app running near the camera on full volume while it blasts out noises that can best be described as sounding like R2D2 having some sort of seizure are best avoided unless you want to annoy everyone within a 100 metre radius, I found it didn't work and honestly it felt like someone at the company was playing a prank with it, give it a try and you'll see what I mean but be prepared for a horribly loud pattern of sound that lasts for over 2 minutes although it seemed a lot longer!Apart from that ludicrous connection method the camera works well enough once connected, you get plenty of options like alarm notifications for detections, setting up specific points of interest for the camera to point at so you can instantly select them using preset numbers, recording and taking screenshots as required, onboard recording via a seperate microSD card (up to 128gb) and switching between infra red or white light at night. The app works well and allows you to easily control the camera and point it where you want with only a slight delay between input and movement. The audio is ok, it sometimes has the typical crackly sounds you get with unshielded outdoor microphones but overall is acceptable, the video works well especially if you can get it connected on a 5GHz band depending on distance from the router.Overall this is a decent little PTZ outdoor camera with a useable app that has a lot of functionality for the price, it's versatility in connection options and ability to use 5GHz bands sets it apart from others in this price bracket, definitely worth a look if you want something to watch over your property.

Sehr gute Kamera. Aufzeichnungen funktionieren sehr gut. Installation war sehr einfach.

J'ai acheté 2 caméras de la même marque pour mettre chez moi en complément de sécurité.Installation rapide sans grande difficultés.Le souci se portait sur l'installation des caméras sur mon PC et des bugs à la visualisation des vidéos. Après une réponse rapide avec le sav et tout particulièrement avec M. ERIC mon soucis est dorénavant réglé.Je le remercie pour ses conseils et sa rapidité lors de nos échanges ! Enfin un sav réactif de nos jours cela fait plaisir !!A suivre mais ne regrette pas mon achat

E' stato un ottimo acquisto per avere sempre un occhio sull'esterno della casa di campagna e essere sempre rassicurato che tutto sia in ordine; è anche uno strumento di sorveglianza capace di tracciare umanoidi, seguire il movimento e lanciarti alert su app e mail, con possibilità anche di sirena. Ha una definizione spettacolare, movimento PTZ con angoli molto ampi, capace di ingrandiomento 4x digitale con focus automatico e visione notturna fantastica, tramite IR o luce bianca in caso vuoi mantenere i colori anche di notte a breve distanza; ha anche audio bidirezionale molto utile. Il tutto ad un prezzo contenuto e di facile installazione con un supporto post vendita di ctronics eccellente per risolvere piccoli problemi o scaricare software per far funzionare da PC remoto e non solo da cellulare. Unico punto da considerare è che per avere visione veramente pulita e risposte in tempi ottimi è molto meglio usare una connessione cablata con cavo ethernet e questa è una delle poche videocamere che offrono questa possibilità oltre a wifi. Sono veramente soddisfatto.

J'avais d'abord acheté la version 4K une semaine plus tôt.Comme j'étais assez satisfait du produit, j'ai recommandé 2 autres caméras mais en 5K.J'ai été agréablement surpris par la nouvelle application "PRO" qui permet une mise en service encore plus rapide que celle de la première caméra 4K.Autre satisfaction, la qualité des images de nuit est dans ce cas tout-à-fait correcte!Un petit bémol, le suivi du déplacement est assez lent.
