I bought medium for a sturdy 4yr old and a regular 5 yr old. Generous fit. Excellent quality. I shortened the sleeves to bracelet length. Also bought large 9+yrs for my daughter - the Bride! She's an adult size 6 and it was perfect. Better be a little loose than too tight for your daughter. Our girls loved them!!!
