is this brace machine washable?

Maybe- if you velcro it closed and put it in a bag- or maybe a pillowcase pinned closed- and use gentle cycle. Definitely do not use the dryer. After years of working in orthopedics and dispensing neoprene supports to patients, we always advised hand washing. Which I have done with my knee brace & it's fine.
