Each day divided into a scripture verse, then an understanding from the author and then goes onto a more in depth viewpoint to help the reader ask questions to themselves as to what it means to them.This book also stands well to be a journal for the reader. Whether that is to make notes on that daily affirmation or to simply journal for that day and what it held in store for them.This would make a lovely gift for any Christian friend or family member. Then again I think it is a wonderful tool for anyone. Reminding us that everyday is a gift to cherish and that we live in life but are not stuck in any scenario that we find ourself in. A definite gem for helping us with structure to help ourselves.

It gives a balanced perspective on how to approach all the different circumstances life throws your way: grief, love, failure, depression, happiness, anxiety etc. Each letter the author pens to God reflects thoughts we all have contemplated at some point in our lives. Furthermore, the author explains how to practically integrate the scriptures into each of these circumstances while providing the reader with great food for thought and soul-searching questions. Teatime for God makes a wonderful gift for the new and veteran Christian alike.
