I waited a bit to write a review until I could give a more accurate one. I’ve been using this product for about 5 months after I stopped taking the Viviscal vitamins. I really do like this product however I feel it does not get my hair completely clean. I use a scalp massager with it and it still leaves my hair greasy. For the pros, it smells amazing, and I HAVE seen hair growth! I had patches where I was balding from stress hair loss and this product has visibly allowed new growth. With all that being said, I am going to return to the Viviscal vitamins due to this leaving my hair greasy and not fully cleaned. If you are on a tight budget like I am, then this product is for you. Hope this helps!

Just like the conditioner and the dry shampoo, great smell. But I found the thickening claims to be false. I went through a lot of products when my hair started falling out. I was disappointed that it did not help my hair at all.

I’ve been using this shampoo since August and I love the smell of it. It also keeps my hair feeling full and looking shiny. I hadn’t straightened my hair since July because I live in a hot/humid state, so I usually have my hair curly. Well today I straightened my hair for the first time in months and I noticed all of this new hair growth. I haven't even been taking any hair vitamins either. This shampoo definitely works, it just takes time and consistency.
