The bell was broke when I too it out the box
Easy to put together but the bell was broke and the lights on the wheel don’t work. Pretty disappointed honestly

Nonexistent customer service
I ordered two of these the other day. Neither one work as intended. One came with the place to secure the batteries completely broken. Because of this none of the lights work. The other came with no hardware to secure the front wheel to the frame. After spending 6 hours trying to reach customer service (which they promote heavily) it is clear they don’t actually have any customer service. I have not been able to connect with anyone from the company after 6 hours of attempting. I will be returning both units.
