Good value for money for something that is so helpful, like these are, and is also nice tasting, which I wasn't expecting to be honest.

Started using this product following the guidance on the packaging. Within a day I had excessive & unrelenting flatulence. After a week or so I got a hemorrhoid. Stopped taking and treat said hemorroid, then gave product a second chance. Again, immediate flatulence later followed by a hemorroid! Stopped using this product, not had a hemorroid before or since, flatulence has also reduced to a near normal level. No improvements to my overall health observed.

With this you literally only pay for name brand. It is so basic. I am young active and slim but needed to deal with bloating issues. This did not work at all. Didn't notice any difference in my overall well being. Also price point is so high when you can get husk for few £ in Asian supermarkets. I had high hopes because of the price but made no difference at all.

After being targeted with ColonBrooms pushed ADs and Promo campaigns on my SM channels I gave in and bought. Enticed by the claims (as someone who suffers bloat and long-term constipation), I selected the 'buy more and save' option and paid over £110 for 5 tubs. Followed all instructions and have used consistently as advised for almost 28 days and absolutely no difference! Sent an email and asked if I could send the other 4 tubs back and have a pro-rata refund. The speed at which the reply came back in rapid time that it seemed obvious they had a script ready for feedback and requests like mine and it was a lecture about needing to take their product in conjunction with regular exercise, eat healthy and well and get lots of sleep! I am a very fit, healthy 50+ woman who has had a great active, fit and healthy lifestyle all my life. Drinking plenty of water always and taking good care of myself and get a good sleep. My BMI is well within healthy normal range too, I just have a problem being 'regular'. I do not need a lecture from this company about good lifestyle and wellbeing choices; it's terribly condescending and insulting. No refund as it's past the 14 day policy (never read that part when I ordered!) but as others have said, it takes a month with a new supplement to know if there is any change or not. At least I persevered and gave it a good shot and sadly it certainly hasn't worked for me. Now I just feel scammed and this product will go in the bin! Buyers Beware!

This won’t help you lose weight it is a complete rip off! 60 plus quid for physillum husk that you can buy for a fiver from your local Asian store! Absolute rip off
