They are good quality with a good price. Had no issue with water after installing them

All filters were brand new and the correct filters were shipped. They also offered the best price for this when I checked on Amazon (although I still wish it was lower!) Thumbs up!

a complete set as pictured is of 4 filters "Pure Platinum" QCRO complete replacement filter kit,GPD. I only got two, where are the other two? now I have to wait another week and hope someone knows what complete set means.

Missing filter. Not happy.

I paid for a name brand and one that will last longer ... received an off brand and feeling ripped off

First set I got was Pura, the set I just got was some off brand. Probably made in China, a communist country that doesn't like us very much, and where the environmental impact is overlooked.

The product description is erroneous. I received two RO membranes (not even sure if it's okay to use two at the same time) and 2 carbon filters. Not happy about this.

make sure it fits your unit. there are more than one type of 4 filter Pura systems.

Exceeded expectations

The filters are an almost exact fit for the Eagle 5-stage water purification system. No leaks.I had to purchase a separate polishing (5th stage) final charcoal filter.A rep from Eagle came to test the system and was concerned I would void the warranty but saw that the filters did indeed work. He tested the water which measured within acceptable limits (number may vary based onsource water).The original Eagle water filters lasted for five years, which is fantastic considering they recommend replacing every one or two years.

Very disappointed to receive off brand items. Returning.
