I was quite weary of buying this because of the reviews but when I got it it was really soft and beautiful and it complements my Eleven outfit perfectly! It does shed a lot of hair though so be careful when brushing it, and it does come over the face a bit more but I tuck the front behind my ears and it solves the problem! Definitely buy!
