66fit Hand Therapy Putty x 85gms - Rehabilitation, Recovery and Stress Relief

Just enough in the pot for me. Value for money, Had a bone taken out below my thumb, needed for strength therapy. Have ordered a different colour as well.

One sprained wrist belonging to hubby, one trapped nerve resulting in muscle tone loss for my good self.Reccomendation - hand putty.This stuff does what it is supposed to do. It is a soft, clay-like texture, which does not stain the hand nor furniture when dropped acedentally! It is held in the hand and squeezed repeatedly, or, if you get bored, played with and manipulated into wierd shapes. It all helps though, and builds up the muscles in the hand and the strength in that and the wrist.And it works.yes, you have to persevere, but I found it particularly useful if I was on the phone, just grab the putty and start kneading with the affected hand. Hubby has reported an increase in strength and a lessening of pain after his sprain, so all in all it seems to be working perfectly.Do take note of the strengths of the putty, this is very important, and it might be an idea to have a chat with a physio about the right one for you.Highly reccomended and a good price too.

Not bought for hand therapy but instead as something to fiddle with during labour! So far it looks like it'll do the job (have the yellow - most malleable - one). The picture of the blue ball may be a bit deceptive; I *could* roll this into a ball, but consistency-wise it's more like very squishy yellow plasticine. I've only played with it a little bit so far, and it leaves a bit of oily residue on my hands - but so little residue that I suspect that this is just because it's new.

Bought this for my slightly autistic son (age 10) to fiddle with and improve hand/finger strength.Pros: -about the right quantity of putty -bright colour so engaging and easy to spotCons: -too soft really unless just from the fridge -gets EVERYWHERE!!!Would buy again but in a stiffer/firmer form.

This putty is ok - for me personally, a bit too soft - too easy to squeeze. This'll be great for an older person or someone weak getting over a major trauma in their hand. The size was perfect, nice consistency -but DO keep it in its tub when finished or not in use.

following a slight fracture to the right metacarpal, have been using this every day and it has been really great in helping my recovery, the only drawback is the colour is starting to taint my hand now,

Great stuff came really quick only issue is it was ment to be red not pink hence the 4 stars would of bn 5 star if colour was correct
