However, there was one video that showed how you could take the inner tube out and replace just that part. That worked fine. So if you are struggling taking the larger entire piece of the chair base out.. look for the video where you can just take the inner hydraulic one out and just replace that part. Review: Got the chair perfect Only problem is getting the old one out of the chair… a pipe wrench is only way to remove the old one…..watch the You Tube videos
