The price is good for what you get. Its challenge is that it is slow to connect to the bluetooth feature of the tablet. Another customer had made a similar observation, but I thought that the problem could be with his tablet. But it is not; it is the keyboard as i had a similar problem with my other tablets.

The Moko Universal Keyboard Case works just fine, although I mistook it for a larger keyboard and ordered it for a 10 inch Samsung tablet. But, even though the tablet doesn’t fit inside the case, the keyboard was still able to be used with this larger device and it connected with no problem. For the record, this is not a keyboard that lights up. I have another keyboard that lights up just beautifully, but this is not a feature that comes with this item. The keys are comfortable and someone with big fingers could use it with no problem. (My husband and his big hands are using it as we speak). The keyboard does stay secured to the magnetic case. It also has a slot on the outside of the case for a stylus. It came with a Type-C charging cable. It will comfortably fit any 7” to 8” inch device - I also tested it with my Kindle Fire and it fit and connected. The bands inside the cover that are there to secure devices, are a teeny bit flimsy for me (they’re made of some type of rubber), but they did hold my smaller Kindle device in place, although I wouldn’t trust them to secure the device in the event of a fall. The Seller touts: “this full-protective keyboard case is soft to touch while it can protect your device well from scratches, drops and bumps.” Again, I wouldn’t trust that. The cover is just a plain cover, with no back camera opening. The big minus for me with this device is the asking price. I don’t think it’s worth $33.99. In my opinion, its' worth falls closer to the $23.99 range for this tiny, unlit keyboard. It’s just a keyboard. No bells and whistles (or lights), nothing fancy. Just a keyboard.

First, I have a laptop that I enjoy using though it is far older than most people's current laptop and yet it works great...so far. But having suffered through the blue screen of death before, I have a mini-pc with a small, 8" monitor, a trackball (I love my ergonomic trackball) and I conscripted the bluetooth keyboard from this pad and paired it with my mini-pc. That way I have a computer should my laptop fail. I can use it while I have a pc tech see if they can resurrect my laptop. Better safe than sorry, right? Now, for the folding pad itself, I did a bit of jerry rigging by cutting a chip board mat (gluing a few together to get the right thickness and then painting them a nice, flat black) and fitting it into the tablet area so it's a nice, flat surface. I use it for my drawing board when I'm out plein air sketching/watercoloring. I can hold the pad flat on my lap for the first sketch up of whatever I'm drawing that day, I then use a black waterproof marker to create the lines I want for the finished sketch, then pop the tablet pad into the "A" angle for watercoloring. The magnetic front holds my little, metal watercolor pan so it's right there, handy for me to use. So...not using it for a tablet, but it is working for me in a dual mode so that's cool!

The pros: This comes in super nice packaging and would be great for a gift. You get a sturdy cover with a band and a pen holder, inside the keyboard is on a very strong magnet base. The keyboard is small and high quality, the keys work under normal press pressure and there are a lot of options. The unit comes with a charging cord which I just plugged right into my laptop. The directions are simple and clear, and the unit works exactly as the directions specify. The Bluetooth connection was seamless, even connected the keyboard to my Android phone. There's a great cheat sheet of the keyboard's functions in Android and IOS which you can just tuck behind the tablet. The cover is a stand that works in all of the configurations you would expect. Is sturdy and I think will last a long time. The Cons: You can see that my SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab A7 Lite 8.7" sticks out a tiny smidge at the top. The cover is just a bit too small. This is okay with me, but if it bothers you, keep that in mind. Also. when closed the keys of the keyboard rub up against the screen of the tablet. Even though the cover is fairly substantial, squeezing it may make compress the keys if the keyboard inside is not turned off. So be sure to turn that off. I'm going to find some kind of hood or cloth to keep the keyboard off of the screen when closed. The cons don't outweigh the pros for me. I like this for its superior quality and easy function and feel it's nice enough to sit and work with clients on. Very good value for the money.

I think the quality of this case is great. I have had others for other devices and this is better quality than the previous ones. I love that the case is magnetic and keeps the keyboard where it needs to be it is so easy to remove and place where you want it and it can also slide forward to help support my Fire HD and uses it like a mini laptop. It was easy to connect and I have big hands and can type on this just fine. I like how there is an elastic strap to keep it closed. It classes up my device for a professional little laptop-like device. I highly recommend this for anyone who likes to type a lot on the go and it also gives me a bit of security and protection for my Fire HD 8! Highly recommend!

Initially I had reservations as the listing doesn't provide a clear photo of the keyboard case closed with both the tablet and keyboard inside. First thing I tried when I opened it. Absolutely perfect and protected. It's small and sports a true QWERTY layout, and doesn't add bulk or length to the tablet dimensions. Compact and sleek - and the whole set up fits nicely into an Amazon basics 8" Tablet zippered case for added protection ($7.99 or less). The case is universal for 8" tablets which is perfect so I can easily swap out my Fire HD 8 Tablet with my ZTE Grand X View Tablet/Phone when I need to. Over all, this set is exactly what I had in mind when I decided I needed a keyboard for the tablets. Seriously - it makes the perfect little laptop for me - and the kids are just mad jealous over this adorable and functional bit of technology. It's all it should be, and something to brag about too!!
