I’ve used Calm for a year and then ran out and didn’t replace right away. I like the unflavored powder to mix with warm water and I add a half teaspoon of honey to drink my “Calm tea” before bedtime. I noticed I didn’t sleep well without it but could only find the capsules at Walmart. I tried a bottle of capsules and they were okay, helped me sleep but I think the powder works better. Really helps keep me regular and never gives me the runs. Edit-I’m not sure if I can use this formula with calcium as I seem to be getting stiff joints which only happens when I take calcium. I may have to just go back to the Original Calm without calcium.

Calm Magnesium Citrate Supplement has very good flavored varieties that go well with Juice. If you wait a little while after mixing it becomes clear. Depending on the flavor It can be a nice ingredient for many adult beverages. Go light on it as an ingredient for family juice or adult beverages. As it says on the label you have the your personal proper dosage when you have loose stools. It is so healthy and relaxing takes away late cramps

Daily user here. Calm plus calcium can be hard to find. Glad I found it here. I use a heaping teaspoon a day mixed with my Redmond electrolyte powder in 24 oz of ice water or sparkling water for a perfectly sweet/tart start to my day. It's a great way to help me reach my calcium needs, and it aids in my digestion.

I have taken Natural Calm off and on for years. I dont take it for its calming effect, but rather to stay regular. It truly is a pregnant mama's dream! It keeps me regular without cramps or bloating when taken with food, and I know it's safe for my baby. I take it at night after dinner and typically go the next morning. Now, it is a bit difficult to get down because it is incredibly sour. I don't know how anyone could calmly sip a whole mug of it. Here's what I do: I put the 3 teaspoons in a cup and add a very small amount of water, no more than 1/4 cup, let it fizz, and shoot it down with a chaser. For me, it works wonders and I love how it works. The raspberry lemonade is a pretty good flavor, though I still shoot it down, but I find the unflavored to be easier to handle long term.

I really love this Natural Calm! It works so well! I'm always skeptical about the absorption of supplements depending on where it's derived but this product has exceeded my expectations! It came properly packaged and I drank some right away. We have been drinking their other product for years but decided to try the one with calcium. My whole family drinks this. And it helps each and every one of us! My youngest, 6 years old, drinks half a teaspoon to a full teaspoon to stay regular and it helps her calm down (she is borderline ADHD). My son who is 8 and has aspergers and SPD, as well as many anxieties was my main focus when buying this. It truly has helped him remain calm during family functions, going to the store where he might be overwhelmed by anything sensory, and at home where he lets it all out. It's not a miracle product, I know it sounds like it in my review, but I think that simply giving our magnesium deficit bodies what they require will cause some things to be alleviated, as it should be!

Such a great price on Amazon. This stuff really helps. If you take it twice a day (start with once a day if you haven't taken it lately) it helps you feel more relaxed once it's time to go to bed. Instead of your mind go a million an hour for at least 30 minutes while you lay in bed, you feel laid back and relaxed and fall asleep quickly. This is when it helps me the most, but I don't get anxiety during the day, just at night. This stuff is the bomb! I have had IBS/ Spastic Colon for over 20 years. Then I also have Fibromyalgia and PTSD. Between the two, and all the medications I was once on my " plumbing" has been all messed up. My digestive system interprets stress as being anything from bending and stretching, pushing the vacuum, or pushing a grocery cart. On any given day of my digestive systems choosing, doing any one of these things will have me in the bathroom for two days. I desperately needed help with this issue as I no longer use prescription medications. This has worked great for both my husband and myself. I started out with half the dosage on the instructions and worked my way up. My sleep is sound and so is my husbands which is just short of a miracle. I can tell you I haven't slept soundly enough to dream much in the last 12 years but I am able to enter into Rhem Sleep now.
