should i get a small or medium for a maltipoo

I've no idea what a maltipoo is, I bought medium for my whippet. I'd say small for a yorkie, large for a lab, anything in between a medium. Nylabone are the only toys my dog hasn't managed to destroy, highly recommend.

Hi, I can't see any reason why not. I have 2 border terriers and I've since bought 2 more nylabone chews ( plain ones) as they gnaw at them every night. They are strong and robust. If I remember rightly they shouldn't be able to chew big chunks off them only small digestible bits. The more plain type nylabones are a bit cheaper and to be honest the orange centre of the dental one doesn't get touched by my dogs due to how they hold it to chew so you could save a little with the plain shape.

Is this suitable for a 6 month old lurcher

If your lurcher is quite big then yes. My Rottie is 3 and she is quite big for her age and it is perfect for her.

Suitable for 12 week-old lab?

I believe so, my chocolate lab loved chewing from a young age and had brilliant teeth, always had various sizes of these bones. I give this to my rescued shih-tzus as they came to me with neglected teeth and this is small enough to help them to strengthen their jaw muscles
