Useful and Clear
I've had a tendency to pooh-pooh Rick Steves over the years. No more. In planning my Spanish trip, I have found this book to be indispensable. I'm especially grateful for the concise "Connections" feature for each city, which gives travel times between destinations. I have not found this crucial information in other guidebooks.

Don’t plan or travel without Steves
No matter where you’re traveling there’s probably a well written Rick Steves guide available to help you plan and get the most enjoyment from your trip. This book was no different. It enable my spouse and I to maximize our trip to Sevilla and make a few more one day trips to other interesting and historically significant locations. A must for traveling this area of Spain

Very disappointed
We have used and appreciated multiple other Rick Steves guidebooks. This one totally misses the mark. It is, as described, simply excerpted from Rick Steves Spain…with no customized content. There is no suggested itinerary. But, yet, there is info on visiting Morocco? What about Cadiz? What about Caminito del Rey? Where are driving directions for visiting the white villages? Not helpful in planning an independent trip.

Love Rick Steves....
Hi. What do I like about this book? That Rick Steves is excited about travel, (as am I) and that he LOVES Morocco (as I do). He mentions Morocco in this book, going in to Tangier especially as its easy with the ferry system, and I also HIGHLY recommend doing this. I noticed someone complained about the fact that he put Morocco in the book, but why not? I LOVE Tangier, and we are going to Southern Spain, and also going back to Tangier because we loved it so much. So, I love this book.

Good for anyone planning a self guided tour of these cities. Not full of colour photos but a very practical guide.
