The Clock is just brilliant!Numbers - The numbers are extremely large and easy for anyone to see especially for elders who suffer with weak and terrible eyesight.Alarm bell - it will wake your neighbours lol niceeeee and loud baby!Features - it has a glow in the dark feature so at night you can see the time anytime!Downfall - the brightness is really poor when the clock is standing up on a table you have to move your head up to see the time as it fades away when your in a lower position!Besides that for a cheap clock its a bargain!

Did some testing and realized the overall build quality is okay. Its very light plastic and worried that if i shake it or drop it something will give on the inside rendering the clock useless. Also, noticed the top of the clock right on the center of the snooze button is a gap where overtime things could clog the hole up and the light sensor which resides in there is offset to the center.Overall, I would buy this for my child as a friendly toy clock but would not recommend it for longevity unless its for yourself.

Bought this for hubby who has rather duff eyesight so needed a big display. It's quite a chunky clock but the display is very easy to ready. Spent the first night being annoyed by this permanent bright glow from it, but during daylight discovered the switch which turns that off! When you hit the big top button to see the time in the dark it is still quite bright and stays on for rather too long.Hubby likes it though!

black digits on dark background, makes it hard to see unless in well lit room during day, but during night very easy to see digits as able to turn sensor on which gives full backlight on permanently- you can have this sensor to off position if you want darkness in roomquiet, easy to set up all functions within a minute of unpacking, so for £4.50, Its good value. 3aaa batteries required. ukeol sent product quickly.

Great clock and a great price. Sensor light is a little bright and gives a slight glow to the room, but doesn't cause me any problems sleeping. In fact, it's quite good, I don't trip over anything if I have to get up in the middle of the night . . . no need to put a light on.Trouble is, I keep waking up and looking at it, not to see what time it is, but to see what the temperature is!23 degrees at 5:20 this morning, it's been 25 for the past week.Can't comment on the alarm, because I've not used it but if a certain drinks company made this, it would probably be, the best alarm clock in the world :)

Thrilled with the product. The alarm works, it has an accurate temperature measurement and date etc. However, the backlight doesn't work automatically. On the back of the clock, there is a function in which the backlight will adjust itself based on how light or dark a room is (e.g If the room is light, it won't turn on, if it is dark it will go to full brightness etc). I am very very pleased with the product - it is good for travel and it's rather clever how it works, really. I would have paid more for this if I knew the end product was as good as this! Highly recommended.

The alarm sometimes goes off even when the switch is set "off"! Otherwise this is a great clock. The backlight is enough to see the time without being intrusive, and can be increased to full brightness briefly by pressing the "snooze" button. The digits are nice and large so they can be read without glasses.

Very easy to set up and does the job well for me. Only small niggle is that the alarm switches itself off after about a minute if you ignore it - i guess this is to preserve the batteries (3xAAA, not included). I've taken advantage of its other battery saver too and turned the night-light off. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a viewing angle to the LCD but even with a bedside table about 6 inches higher than the bed it's really not been an issue. Looks very tidy too - with no mains cable dangling around.
