This just what I needed. I’ve been doing a lot more meditation recently to try to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and stress.I was using anything else I could find that I thought would be suitable for a while but I found myself coming out of meditations with aches and pains which subsequently affected my mood and therefore made the meditation sessions seemingly redundant as I came out of the sessions feeling worse than I did going into them.I did some reflecting on this and realised that this was counter productive. Meditation is an investment in yourself and your wellbeing and there’s no use investing the time into it if you aren’t able to be comfortable while practicing it.Eventually, I did some research on options and found this meditation cushion. I thought I’d give it a try, not expecting a great deal of difference but attempting to keep an open mind.The difference, however, has been significant in a very positive way. I’ve been able to meditate comfortably, which allows me to relax and focus on breathing better.It’s also helped with my posture overall, which seems to make breathing easier too during meditations. The knock on effect of this is that I can take deeper and longer breaths to slow the heart rate and more effectively silence the mind.I felt it was reductive to invest the time in myself, but not the money too. The price was really reasonable for what you get. It’s well made and feels like it is reliable and will stand the tests of time.Ordering via Amazon, I appreciated the quick delivery as it allowed me to get back to meditation quickly. Being somebody who struggles with autism, I need to keep a routine going or my mental health deteriorates very quickly. Being able to get this delivered quickly was greatly appreciated as it was only minimal disruption to my usual meditation routine and I was able to maintain the structure I have set up.I like the fact it has a handle - sometimes I like to meditate outdoors for a change and it would be easy to take with me. It’s a good height off the ground, not too high and not too low which I think adds to the comfort it gives.

I'm so happy with this product. It has really helped the rotation of my pelvic floor which has completely removed the backpain I was experiencing whilst sitting for meditation twice per day. It is incredibly comfortable and it looks great!

I found the cushion to be just the right size and firmness, easy to carry from room to room. The colour and pattern is very pleasing and i use it daily for regular meditation practice.

I’ve only used it a few times but it works well and offers great support for some of the yoga poses . Also looks good so can leave it in situ when not in use.

I bought this cushion for meditation and after half an hour found that I had bad back pain due to it being under filled. I ordered some Buckwheat hulls and used 1 kilo to fill the cushion.I can honestly say that it’s now my favourite meditation cushion and I can sit happily for hours in pure comfort.The look and feel are gorgeous too. Overall, extremely happy!

This was a gift for my cousin who is a yoga instructor and she loved it! The fabric is soft and good quality, the colour is beautiful and was like it was shown. It is also a good size and the round cushion is comfortable to sit on. This gift was a hit and I would recommend it to anyone who is into yoga!

Great pillow for hip elevation - love the quality - cover is washable - the beans inside really form to your butt so this is comfortable for longer seated meditations - I use this as well for my head and shoulders some days during shavasana - great tool for your personal practice
