Product received is genuine Anker 523 Model A2039; and works as described. The question why it doesn’t show-up on the Anker website can only be answered by the Anker guys.

If I have a magsafe charger plugged in, but not being used, will the other usb port run at full power or half power?

It should be load sensing so it will know there is nothing on the charger, also half power would still be as good as a standard 20w Apple charger.
