Excellent book. Very interesting reading Shows the dedication of this guys to an amazing Martial Art.

Some twenty years back I was a junior student of Mr Ellis at the Bracknell club, they were great and memorable days, when I saw this new book about the history of both Mr Ellis and Eastman I just had to order it, I am pleased I did, it is a great read and brings back happy memories.
