Not a good product
Very low quality product. I needed this in emergency but didn't serve the purpose and one rod stopped working after few days. And the base is lose.

One heating rod stopped working within 15 days of purchase and within few days after first use.
One heating rod is not working after few days of use. Contacted dealer on phone, shared invoice on whatsapp but no response or acknowledgement as yet.

Substandard Product and after sales service...
One of the carbon rods ceased to function after 4th day, a replacement was processed through Amazon, which arranged collection of item(return) next day. However, even after 5 days did not receive replacement. I fail to understand that if the first delivery was made in one day how much time they need for the next delivery even after they have confirmed the receipt of the defective piece. Sometimes good marketing has to be followed up with better after sales to earn a brand name...
