Still funny!
I love this show. I have loved this show from the very first episode of season 1 and haven't looked back.Season 4 is starting out great, yet again. Jake and Holt start the season in Florida, still in witness protection. As much as I love the interactions with the entire cast, it's original to see a season premiere that only features 2 main characters. That's the kind of chances this show takes to keep it original and fun.On that note the story picks up right where season 3 ends, with Jake and Holt following their run in with the mobster Figgis. They do not reset the plot for the new season. As the season goes on it's more of the hijinx you've gotten used to. It doesn't really develop the characters more, but it does stay fun and funny.

The show is so fun and funny and it never fails to put me in a good mood. I can watch the episodes over and over again and not lose one ounce of that hilarity. The characters meld together so well and all have brilliant chemistry. This season is a little off compared to the other three, but shows always get harder to make the more involved you get in them. Most of the eps are still 100% great, and this season has been working itself to better reflect the nature of things in the real world and doing it pretty well, if not perfectly.Honestly adore this show, and would encourage everyone to at least give it a try.

always funny
I've been a fan of 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' from the beginning, and just can't enough of this show. It's consistently funny, with an awesome cast and creative team (writers, directors, etc.). I'm thankful for the ongoing DVD releases, which make it easy to re-watch episodes, binge watch when a big dose of laughter is needed, and pause / rewind when needed to catch a missed moment. Great series!

A little more serious, but still a great time!
I binge watched the first three seasons on Netflix in just over a week. I laughed the whole way and season 4 is no different so far. I enjoy the dynamic the characters have with each other and that the series changes character pairings from episode to episode to both seem more realistic and explore how they all interact and know each other. Season 4 has thrown a few curve balls and explained a few as well. I can't wait to see where the writers take the show next!

So funny, it should be illegal (groan, I know)
I am addicted to this show. I was late to the game, and now almost sad that I am caught up, as that means no more binge watching. Hubby and I laugh ourselves silly, and it is so quote-able. Definitely worth the $, and warrants repeat viewings. The writing is brilliant, and the cast so good, such a variety of personalities you will no doubt relate to at least one.

Adore This Show
My boyfriend and I love watching this show, we are always waiting for more. We never get tired of it and the mood is great, not too silly and not too serious. Love all the characters and love the Amy/Jake couple. And there's something about this show that puts me in a good mood. We adore the show and hope there's many more to come :)

Always worth it and plenty of laughs....
Season 4 - best 'stand alone' episodes in my opinion are #7 Mr Santiago, and #18 Your Honor....Jake is on his game with the quick wit and is friggin' hilarious in these!

GREAT FUN FOR ALL ON THE WAVELENGTH
More over the top merriment - all the way from Jake and Holt undercover in Florida, right up to a climatic trial with a most unexpected result.Highly inventive scripts ensure quickfire gags abound, both visual and verbal - the entire cast on top form and clearly enjoying themselves. Fans will all have their favourites. Mine? Holt with his deadpan delivery. (Good to meet here his mother, this explaining a lot.)Worth special mention is Episode 16, with its rare focus on a serious matter currently very much in the news. None other than racism rife in the police force. Here Sergeant Terry experiences it himself when not in uniform. With no cause whatever, a racist white cop is deliberately belligerent, clearly hoping for a reaction that can "justify" arrest. (A reminder here that the show has previously indicated how colour and sexuality reduce prospects of promotion.)Overall, though, the show offers a most welcome opportunity to lighten up, to relish much that is outrageous and often downright stupid. Devotees would not have it otherwise.
