Wanted to try a brown liquid eyeliner I typically do go for clean formulas. I’m not sure if this is very clean. I know it’s for sensitive eyes, but I thought I’d just give it a try. this product is absolutely amazing. It works like a dream. I will follow up with a photo, and also will follow up how long it lasts. I’m not using it on a daily,but I’m very pleased with how easy it goes on how good it looks. The color is awesome and stays all day even through chiropractic appointments when my face is squished in that pillow, it’s not a flake, not a smudge and to come off even water takes it off even though I double cleanse every night this is highly recommended in the price point is inexpensive and it came really quick as far as it being a serum for eyelash growth. I have not noticed anything yet, but will follow up if I do that’s not why I bought this, but it was a nice bonus.

This is the best liquid eyeliner I have ever used. You name it, I’ve tried it. LOL. 1. This eyeliner lasts all day and does not smudge but still not hard to remove with regular eye makeup remover. 2. Does not irritate my eyes at all. My eyes are super sensitive and most eyeliners make my eyes red. They also burn or make my eyes itch and swell. 3. Very easy to apply. The tip is very pointed but not stiff and holds its shape till the very end. It’s not hard to draw a very fine, smooth and precise lines. Wider lines can be built from multiple fine lines or just use the sides of the tip to draw. 4. The ink flows very evenly so the lines look very smooth, even and solid in just one stroke. 5. It really lasts. ***For those who think it dries out in just a few uses (I used to think that at first), there is actually a pumping mechanism in the cap. When the ink does not flow enough or feels dry, you just put the cap back on but not all the way. You’ll feel like you’re pushing against a coil spring. Just pump the pen against that spring 2-3 times. You’ll find that the tip becomes saturated with ink again. It lasts me months and months once I started doing that. 6. As for boosting eyelash growth. I can’t tell for sure because I use other lash serums at night too. But they do not make my lashes fall like many other liners. 7. The price!!! Are you kidding? I prefer it over Stila and other $20,$30,$40 eyeliners I’ve tried. Guys for this price, just give it a try. If you don’t like it, you won’t feel too bad. It may become your new fave.

I absolutely LOVE the brush tip. It’s quite long and sharp, so it’s really easy to work with. The formula itself is good enough, and probably the best waterproof eyeliner I’ve gotten that’s reasonably-priced. It glides on well, is quite pigmented, and works great overall. I wouldn’t say it lasts all that long, but definitely far more than any typical liquid eyeliner will (especially if you layer it); I wear a LOT of eyeliner though as a goth woman lol. I’d say it reasonably lasts 6-8 hours, sometimes an entire day; it also helps if you regularly deal with the oil that might build up on or around your eyes during the day (because oil will take it right off). However, after having used like 6-8 by now, it typically dries out after the first couple days of use, then makes a come back a few days later. I have no idea why, but just know, if it seems to dry up fast, it’s probably not actually “gone” or used up. I’m impatient though, so sometimes I will add a touch of water… which you probably aren’t supposed to do for a waterproof eyeliner, but oh well 🤷‍♀️ It completely revives it, so I don’t really care. I’d recommend layering the eyeliner 2-3 times (not much more, or else it will pill and might flake off a bit), because the formula is pretty thin. Also, I have decently sensitive skin, and this formula has caused me absolutely zero irritation or any other problems. Idk I think it’s definitely worth a try at least if you’re looking for a reasonably-priced water-resistant eyeliner.

UPDATE: I took off one star because it tends to look shiny in a certain light, rather than dark matte black. HOWEVER, I started putting on ELF black cream eye liner underneath, and now it NEVER disappoints. ELF is what I used before I tried this out, and I love the ELF company and its whole line but I got liner smear a lot with their cream liner (which I preferred above all their other kinds of liner). Now together the ELF base hardly smears at all and the Physicians Formula never flakes or fades and has a great depth of color. I intend to continue using both! I've been wearing black eye liner on my top lids cat-eye style every day for the last 15+ years. I have never found an eye liner that stays in place for a dependable amount of time. I've actually looked into cosmetic tattoos because I'm so sick of it by now. So I did my research on this product, saw that across the board, on every site that carried it, people overwhelmingly raved about this liner. Add me to the list of believers. The first time I tried this, I put it on in the morning, rode my bike 6 miles to work, went the whole day, rode 6 miles back (this is AUGUST = sweat-drenched bike rides). I kept checking my liner out of habit (hate the raccoon look!!) all day, but it literally hadn't budged. By the time I went to wash my face before bed, this stuff was still in place. In the interest of full disclosure, yes it had faded somewhat by that point, but it hadn't smeared or peeled or flaked. I have never been so impressed by a make-up product. BEST of ALL: this brand does NOT test on animals!! At the very least it feels good to know my money isn't funding the torture of innocent animals so that I can feel "pretty"! Sidenote: Seriously ladies, stop funding cruelty. Look your products' companies up: we've got the internet now, you can do it with minimal difficulty. It's BARBARIC what they do to cats, dogs, monkeys, rabbits, mice, etc, in the name of OUR vanity and societal pressure to "look" a certain way.

I wanted to try this because I have sensitive eyes and because it looked like it could make a 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 fine line. For context, I’m almost 45. I’ve used many different brands of liquid eyeliner—Stila, KVD, Sephora, drugstore brands. I have been using Nyx for a long time now, but it can be a mixed bag—dried out and hard to get a nice line one time and a drippy mess another time (again, talking about Nyx). So I decided to give this a shot. The Physicians Formula 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨 make an amazingly fine line! It’s very black (opaque) and is smooth and easy to use. I do a cat eye every day, and it’s so much easier and faster with this! I wore it to work on a shorter day because I didn’t know how it would hold up. My days are packed with no breaks, so I didn’t want to take chances when I wouldn’t have a chance to check my face. It looked great when I glanced in the mirror as I was leaving work. Later in the evening, I was looking more closely in the mirror and I was very pleased to see that it had not cracked or flaked at all. I didn’t have as much smearing (almost none, but not zero) at my outer eye corners, which tends to happen by the time 5 or 6pm comes. That’s a big deal because I’ve been horrified before when I’ve looked in the mirror and it looked like I had been crying or that I’m an oily mess. I’ve also noticed that I haven’t had the black goo in my inner eye corners that I’ve had before with other brands. It’s nice that it’s supposed to condition the lashes! I’m only a week or two in now, so we will see on that, but everything else makes it my new fave.

I would normally give this eyeliner 5 stars. However, each time I purchase (which is numerous times) the tube only lasts about 3 weeks. Which is frustrating. This eyeliner is great! Its easy to apply and glides on. It’s the perfect dark brown color and washes off great. I just can’t afford to buy eyeliner every 3 weeks.

This is just the eyeliner I've been looking for. It has a fine tip and applies easily without having to tug or stretch the eyelid. I'm impressed.

Lo compre por probar ya que el que uso generalmente no estaba disponible. Siendo más barato es mucho mejor, con mejor aplicación, más densidad del color y aguanta mejor. Volveré a comprar este.

Don’t mind my struggle to get the package open it was not as hard as I probably made it look. I really like the formula of the liquid, the feel on the skin, and the shape of the applicator. Was very easy to get a nice shape and a smooth line. The one thing is if I bought again I probably would by the true black rather than just the ‘black’ as this one is more of a charcoal or dark grey and I do like a really rich black.
