Lasts well...
Don't use it all that often but it's preserved/pickled and will last some time. Good flavour. Happy customer.

Good ginger
Good ginger. Not with a subtle sweetness that you get in restaurants, but add some honey or sugar to the liquid in the jar and it makes a better taste. Color is yellow not light pink.

We recently had a dish that needed pickled ginger, the instructions were not to cook the ginger so I was a little dubious but this was brilliant with a little zing and not overpowering at all. The moment you open the jar the smell is gorgeous and we really enjoyed this in our stir-frys and salad.
