The Classic Rayburn Book of Slow Cooking (Aga and Range Cookbooks)

I've only tried a couple recipes so far, one was absolutely delicious and one had no taste at all and was a complete waste of half a bottle of wine! I guess it's trial and error, so will keep going. Delivery was quick and the recipes are easy to follow.

This recipe book is great for people who like to cook casseroles and enjoy old fashioned country cooking, as it was done before people had modern cookers and before the invention of nouvelle cuisine. Delicious food and easy to follow recipes.

Having inherited an aged Rayburn, this book has been a godsend. Not only the slow cooking recipes and ideas but lots of info about managing your Rayburn in general

I bought this because we were moving to the country and would be facing a never-experienced-before Redfyre cooker. The book was a great help to get over those initial nerves of experimenting with how to cook a simple dinner! Now that I'm an 'old hand' I must try a few more daring recipes!

very informative, just purchased an AGA, needed to know how to work the damn thing, this book helps alot with great starter recipes

Some ecellent recies. I am a beginner but found easy to follow. Normandy pheasant was superb!
