5 star FOR THE PRICE!
As a whole, it's 4 stars. The magazine or maybe the pin probe, sucks. It's garbage really, but read on fellow PCP fanatics. The gun is awesome, quiet, accurate and light. Why they don't address the mag/pellet probe issue bewilders me. But buy a mag from Maple Customs or Carm and it's fantastic, especially for the price, hence the 5 star review. I have pellet guns from $50 to $2200 (FX Impact) and can honestly say, no, this is not on par, or even close to $2200 gun. But for sub $250 it's fantastic. 21 full power shots 737fps w 15.89 JSB's makes 19fpe right out of the box. That's w the hammer spring all the way out. Read as...It's got more on tap! As for sound, it's the same as my stock Marauder pistol...except more powerful (P-rod shooting 626fps w 15.89s so 13.83fpe) The sound of the ping of metal spinners to your ear...well there's no doubt the Notos is smacking much harder. I bought this gun to prove to a fellow airgunner (Zak) that this gun will not compare to my P-rod...well now I gotta tell him he was freakin right...ugh. LOL The target pic, upper right, Notos w 15.89FX pellets, lower right, P-rod, same pellets. P-rod has a 3-9 scope, Notos had a red dot... Deck was stacked for P-rod to win, but that Notos is a damn close second. I'll update this review when I add a scope to Notos, but I expect it to win, being it almost tied w a red dot. Now the Marauder pistol feels better, quality wise, better trigger, can add a Donny FL Tanto easily (I did) and it's half as loud, THE MAG IS FLAWLESS, but... The Notos is more powerful, and half the money. And this thing is just as accurate...so yeah...Zak was right and he'll probably see this... BTW, get some of those bottle cap targets, the ones that allow you to fill a soda bottle to 100psi, but beware, they are shotgun loud, not backyard friendly AT ALL! But fun!

Honest Review
I love air guns. Over a lifetime I have owned many types and brands: German Springers ($$$), pump-up Crossmans and Daisys, Cheap Chinese stuff, Slavias, Winchester, Benjamin, Beemans...lots of them. But this is my all-time favorite. Why? It is lightweight without feeling cheap. It is so quiet! It is easy to fill as it has a smaller reservoir for air, yet it shoots 25 consistent shots without refilling. It is regulated and gives repeated and accurate results. Speaking of that; its accuracy is nothing short of phenomenal when you consider barrel length. I was hitting a soup can at 60 yards in a seated position with little effort and a cheap 4x scope. It also shoots cheap and expensive pellets well. (It likes Barracuda Match the best over long distances, but Crossman Premiers also shoot well at reasonable distances and are dirt cheap. You can buy an upgraded Plenum from eBay if you want even more shots per fill. Any drawbacks? The action is a little gritty in terms of loading when you first get it, and it is not as smooth of a trigger as the German Rekord on the R7 and R9s...but this is just picky stuff. Just a bit of advice from a seasoned air gunner, buy an electric PCP pump. So worth not having to deal with a hand pump. A terrific carbine that shoots as well as some high-end German rifles which are more than 4x the cost. A no-brainer purchase. Get one! Being as balanced in this reviews as I can: About the only thing that I can say as a negative is that the multi shot magazine is total garbage. The spring inside is weak and often fails or comes out of its small retaining hole. This ruins the magazine. Buy the internet sold aftermarket mags for the Notos instead. They do not fail and are not made in China garbage.

Great PCP at a Great Price
Fabulous PCP air gun. Very accurate. No recoil and very quiet. The magazine is different than in other rifles so read the instructions very very carefully and there should be less problems than others have encountered. At first I just tried to load it like my other gunsโฆ itโs different so pay attention to the loading procedure they describe. The cocking mechanism is easier than on my other PCPs but sometimes I have to put pressure against the magazine to allow smoother loading if it hangs up. Donโt force itโฆ just finesse it a little. Very light weight gun. I love it. Much lighter than my Arrow and Urban.

Perfect!
First off just know it has a small tank and only good for about 20 good shots! But thatโs all I need. I bought this for close pest control and itโs perfect! Plenty of power, compact size, so comfortable no matter who holds it. Itโs not completely quite but is wayyy quieter than my gamo swarm. Very easy to use. The accuracy is just wow!! At 30 yards with a 4x scope Iโm less than a dime size group. The looks of this gun is great too! Only problem I have is I canโt figure out how to load the dang mag. I didnโt see it anywhere in instructions so for now Iโm using the single pellet tray that comes with it. Overall if youโre not going to be shooting alot and want a compact and very light pest control gun get this one! Ohhh also mine is not picky with pellets either! Huge plus there!!!

Quality, reliability, accuracy in a very quiet package.
Impressive! I come from a history of powder burners and springers. This gun is exactly what I needed! Quiet, accurate, well built, light, and comfortable. It is so quiet when I shot it the first time I did not believe it had fired a pellet. You can distinctly hear the Diablo pellets whacking the target and not much else. Zero recoil. Refills with my vevor compressor in under 10 minutes. I will need to upgrade my 4x32 scope for stretching my shots out to 100 yds. Completely satisfied.

Awesome air rifle
Absolutely love it. Almost silent to shoot. It drops squirrels, turtles, rats do not stand a chance. Lightened the trigger pull. Put a vortex scope on it.

Avoid this one - missing components and wouldn't make it right.
Arrived appearing new in box. BUT was missing the internal regulator. Umarex has several similar pcp that may or may not be returnable, but after ordering this one - it now says not available to return. The others do not show that. And no solution to making it right. The only thing Amazon refers to is the manufactuer, that doesn't respond. So I have a pcp, and pump that I ordered that cannot be used or replaced with a working one.

Not a child's toy. A great time for those who like to target shoot!
This is very nice PCP. Know what it takes to use it. You'll need a special pump (There is a cheaper but quality manual tire pump style option from Vevor but, I bought a compressor bcuz who wants to pump for 20 to 30 minutes...and even the compressor takes 15 to 20!) It is around $70 for an entry level manual pump and around $250 to $300 for entry level automatic compressor. You can't just hook up a regular airhose. They require special pressure hose and 1/8th quick connect fittings and must have a bleed off valve to release pressure before disconnecting or you could lose some teeth from a hose whip. These are designed for adults. Even the compressor requires some extensive maintenance (cleaning, inspecting inner component orings, etc. after 20 hours of total use. This pump can pump up 4500 lbs psi, though most newer PCP rifles have a 3500 psi threshold. It can also even fill small scuba tanks if you have that need.) Now, the fun part. This is a very accurate air rifle. I put a UUQ scope on it so I can find the reach and so far its a hoot. These are .22 pellets that average 780 fps out the barrel and with no kick you can maintain tight groups at 25/50/100 yds even with some wind. The mags make reloads easy with a simple cock of the aluminum lever, conveniently placed with a tab depression in the body making access to the action quite simple. No noise means you can shoot into targets and not provoke the neighbors. ( Caution: use safe backstops as these pellets can injure someone out to 500 yards). Like I said, these are designed for adults, these are not toys and if you choose to share with a younger shooter you should absolutely supervise every aspect of this weapon like you would a rifle firing powder driven bullets. Safety first, always. Enjoy and have fun!
