I have been reading fantasy/science-fiction all my life. In fact, it is the only genre I ever read and over the years I must have read thousands and thousands and The Last Fidget has more depth and teaching values than anything I have ever read. I think it is really important for children to read such books as they could indeed make a difference in the decisions they will make later in their life.

Lovely fantasy tale of Ash, the last fidget , who's adventures in twine in a young girls travels of intrigue and mystery. My 12 year old son has been reading and hasn't put it down.... my turn next on a holiday break.... great book for any girl or boy, I'll say from 8 to adult x great story telling

This book was incredible. The journey was keeping me on the edge of my seat never knew what was going to happen next. My favourite character was Tilly 100%. This book is defiantly one to read. By Grace aged 11.

A brilliant book, would highly recommend. Can't wait for the next one...
