It's EL Wire at a great price. It's hard to go wrong, as far as I can tell there are two sizes of el wire, I believe this is the thinner of the standard two. But it's not much of a difference. This stuff is very simple in principle and it's hard to get wrong and it probably all comes from the same factory. This stuff is fine for the standard el experience and I simply love it. I love the soft and pleasing light this stuff provides. I'm not sure the light translates well to photograph so it might might be softer than you expect. Intensity can be adjusted somewhat by changing the frequency of the electric power delivered to the wire but thats more of a DIY kind of thing. At this price I highly recommend you check out this versatile and fascinating lighting product.

I had to send one back that wasnt working, I contacted company, gave them my address and they sent a replacement right to me, and it works fine, great customer service, I will be buying a lot more from them.

I used it to make a neon sign and it was wonderful .. bright in color ..not hard to manipulate to the shapes needed !!! I recommend !

These are very low level lights that resemble more of a glow than anything else! Great for being able to be seen at night! I am using these for a project that I am not done with so I will post pics when done but so far these seem to be exactly what I wanted!!! Hey

Bought this to add more light to the inside of my humidor but it's not bright enough. Still looking for an answer...
