Yes these are exactly as described and have 3 small foam pads underneath that are just stuck at random by the looks of it, these are a little expensive for only 3 in my opinion.

Perfect for craft projects... the glass is too soft though to use for coasters, scratches easily.

Just the Job!
I bought these to put under M&S reed diffusers rather than candles. They are a tiny bit bigger that I had imagined but they do the job perfectly. Also given that they are glass, I was worried that they might be damaged in transit but they were really well packaged.
