So I didn't read slot of reviews on different torches and went with this one. So far it seems very well made the only plastic on it is on the edition button and the gas release control. Haven't used it for what I bought it for yet (soldering) but have a good feeling it will do a great job. It works on a supper low flame no problem and u can hold it upside down without even a sputter. Definitely recommend.

All metal, HOT powerful flame, large capacity butane tank.

The third time I used it it caught fire, leaving me with a literal bomb in my hand. The whole top was blazing.I dropped it, and smothered the fire with a rag. It looks like the gasket in front of the knob leaks, but I'm not going to light it again to find out. If the fire had backfed into the tank, it would have exploded, and that much butane, and flying aluminum parts could easily kill someone.DO NOT BUY THIS THING!

This is something that you can start fires with. Sear meat. Hold off a small gang of midgets if need be. Lite garbage on fire if that's what you do. And burns through butane like you own tankers of it. Great quality product just a little more than I was expecting.

Very good torch

The media could not be loaded.  According to spec's it's supposed to be like the Blusky blazer clone. 28 gram tank. It works great but I Doubt the size

The flame on this torch is extremely impressive. I use it for my small jewelry business, and the flame gets hot enough to completely melt small silver scrap. It’s not as easy to get small, precise blue flames from other torches I’ve used. But overall, I’m extremely satisfied and impressed with the size of the flame this thing produces. The only issue I have with this is there is no button to make sure that no butane is being released from the torch. There is a little knob used to open up the gas, and a button to ignite. The knob needs to be turned TIGHTLY off to make sure no gas is coming out anymore. I came home after filling it up, to realize there was no gas in the torch at all. So this may pose a safety concern. However it’s really my fault for not double checking, and from now on I will. Overall very satisfied and if you’re an at home jeweler I definitely recommend.

Butane began leaking when gauge is turned. Will see about the claimed 2-year warranty on the store page.
