I bought a used one for this item. I am happy to see that there was no use mark or any damages on the motor. The motor worked as expected without any issues. Installation was super easy. However, I would give it a 5 star if it also contained the bolts needed to tighten.

Used to replace fan in 9417 DN model and it fit perfectly. Very easy repair. Unplug old fan, remove 1 screw and loosen the outlet. Old comes out. Insert new fan, plug in and tighten screws. Done.

The install was very easy. The fan is fairly quiet, but not any quieter than the original fan. The web page said it is upgraded for 2023, though I really couldn't see (or hear) any difference.Nonetheless, I am happy with the purchase.

Easy replacement for a noisy fan. Really quiet.

Took about 5 minutes to install. Seems about as loud as the original, maybe a tiny bit quieter. I was looking to replace the entire unit when I found this fan. So glad I did. It would have been a much bigger job to replace the entire assembly.

What I liked about this was it was as easy to install as had been mentioned, and it has been working very well. No regrets.

The fan works as expected. I cannot say anyrhing about longevity as I just installed it. Moves air well.Customer service is good. Sent a replacement quickly for a defective unit.Otherwise, it works as described.
