It is very stiff to be for a cat.i got it for a very small puppy but it is to stiff for her

no elastic so be careful
Be very careful when buying this item cat like go underneath and It not have Elastic on it so if the cat got caught on a branch it will kill itself strangulation you need one that’s for the last Elastic so therefore if it catches it on the ground is free.

Fantastic
I had a battery version of this so decided to give these a go to save money on keep buying batteries. They are brilliant, so bright and easy to recharge.I have two of these for each cats that are house cats but have 6 metre leads and harnesses to enjoy the garden during the day and the field at night. These makes sure I can see them clearly and keep on eye on them in the field whilst keeping them happy and safe. They aren't bothered about them around their necks. Live by a busy road and one cat has already been hit by a car so this helps them remain safe but continue to enjoy the outside as cats are supposed to especially when it is dark as they like to catch bugs and play with them

Bright, but a couple of rough edges
Very useful for seeing where my tiny dog is hiding in the bushes on night walks. Helps the rabbits to escape too!However, he has slipped it off a couple of times and I had to file the buckle a little to remove some pokey bits of plastic that he didnt like. To be honest, after feeling them I wouldn't have liked having it stuck to my neck either!Since removing the itchy tabs, he's been far happier wearing it than when it first arrived and hasn't got himself out since!Good laugh watching him bob about with his bright green neck through the bushes in the dark, stays in place well. Worth it for the giggle and staying visible!

Small flashy dog collar.
If you let that little rascal out at night or go for walks at night, being able to see the menace easily makes life easier.
