First off, very grateful for the muscle roller and carry bag (for the wedges), its a great value add. For the price you cannot go wrong. The material feels good and really sticks to the floor (there is no way I am going to slip anywhere). I read a review mentioning that they are too narrow that made me nervous when purchasing the product, especially since I have larger feet. While the wedges are narrower than some I've seen, they are a better price any my size 13 feet have no problem fitting on the wedges. Also like mentioned previously, it is very hard to slip on them thanks to the material. Overall a great value and are exactly as advertised.

These are so much better than just using my dumbbells. Love that I can use just 1 wedge or stack them and get a bigger incline depending on what workout Im doing - they fit together like a puzzle piece. I have hardwood floors and these don't slip at all on them which I was worried about. The roller was a nice add! Product arrived quickly as well.

This product is great for anyone who may have ankle mobility issues when squatting, or simply wishes to specifically target their quads when squatting.The ability to stack the wedges on top of each other to adjust the angle of the wedge is an awesome feature.The muscle roller is sturdy and rolls smoothly. Awesome to use when recovering after a hard leg workout.There is a strong rubber smell present when first unboxing the product, however, I have found that this is very common with workout equipment made with rubber, and the longer it has been out of the box the smell will subside drastically.Overall a very useful product!

I noticed a few reviews concerned over how small the pieces are, and I just want to say that there’s no way these things will roll on you. They’re too heavy to topple over, and the rubber is super grippy on hardwood floors and sneakers. I have a sesamoid issue and stretching with these has been a lifesaver! The included leg massager is a nice touch too!

This product keeps you at the correct level needed for a proper squat to avoid injury, especially if you are by yourself. The unique grip of the wedges hold your feet firm in place. I use the roller on my calves, it’s about the same as most leg rollers but nice to have the extras compared to the competitors on Amazon.

Got these squat wedges for my gym recently, as a personal trainer they work great for so many scenarios, they’re adjustable, and they are affordable. 5 stars!
