Supplement for older women
My doctor recommended that I try this for post menopausal symptoms. It did seem to alleviate some of the symptoms I was having with sleep but I also lowered my caffeine intake so that could have helped as well. The pills are easy to swallow and the packaging in the brown bottle helps keep them fresh longer. I would recommend this brand.
