Effective, but huge pills
I have always had bad circulation in my feet, and now that I have reached the age of another stage of the joy of womanhood I am bothered by that more than I was when I was younger. I get plenty of exercise and lots of sleep so you would think that might help, but no - it doesn't seem like anything free works. So, hence I bought these because I read that evening primrose helps. It has only been a few days but already my feet don't hurt and swell as much at the end of the day, and I haven't checked but I suspect it is also helping a lot more of me. These are the biggest pills I have ever taken however - and I have taken some pretty big ones in my life that were at least as long, but not as wide too. I find that taking a gulp of water along with a capsule and then tossing my head back quickly works to make it easier to go down - somewhat like a seal swallowing a fish.

Great product
These are great, easy to swallow gel capsules and work quickly, I could tell they were working within first few days despite most taking weeks to work. Do your own research ahead of time to make sure it won’t interact with any other medicine you take . This brand has always been a good one in my opinion and I buy other supplements from them as well they are worth the price
