3 separate belts focussing on waist, hips. Universal fit. So no need to worry about size. It compresses really well. Slightly thick if I wear under my clothes, can't tell if we can wear it to office, colleges or outside. I don't know if the elastic would loosen up later.

Pelvic belt is not same as shown in image It did not have the extra elastic which is shown in image & pelvic belt is not useful because it's not getting as tight as wanted because of extra elastic But upper 2 belts are really good & useful & material of every belt is really good

Adding this review after one and half month of use post delivery. The velcros of the belt are already damaged and the belt is of no use now. Initially it was better for pain relief but the quality of the velcros is not good. If it goes of use in one and half month, then ideally it is too expensive. I have to purchase a new one now due to the same. Also twice the upper bands for tightening of the big belt automatically got unfastened due to velcro issue and it hurt me badly too. Would not recommend this belt to anyone.

The quality is good and it doesn’t gets fold even after sitting. It’s been a day I’m using it so can’t review about the durability and its purpose. But for quality it is good
