Despite finding a hair in a non-user-accessible area, I am still giving this product 5 stars. The issue does not affect the functionality of the rice cooker in any way and appears to be related to production or servicing rather than the product design or performance. The cooker itself works perfectly and delivers excellent results. I have returned this product due to the issue mentioned, but I will give it another try and reorder it. I hope the next unit will arrive without any foreign objects and maintain the same excellent functionality. After removing the inner rice bowl, I noticed a hair located inside the cooker body, along the inner wall just below the rim where the inner pot sits. This area is not accessible to the user and cannot be disassembled during normal use, as the round metal heating plate and surrounding structure are fixed and not designed to be removed by the customer. For this reason, it appears that the hair may originate from the production or servicing process, rather than from normal household use. The hair was not found inside the cooked rice itself but within the internal chamber of the appliance. I have attached a photo with the location marked in red for clarity.

Hervorragend in vielerlei Hinsicht, ich bin mit den Möglichkeiten sehr zufrieden. Was einem klar sein sollte, ist, dass das Gerät viel Dampf produziert. Beim Druckkochen ist das normal. Selbst bin ich sehr zufrieden, Klebereis wird unter Druck schneller fertig und ist gefühlt angenehmer. Ohne Druck wird Basmati sehr gut. Kichererbsen unter Druck werden gut weich und sind schnell fertig, allerdings experimentiere ich noch mit den Einstellungen.

Il fait du très bon riz, que ce soit le riz blanc, le riz noir, ou le riz gluant avec des jujubes rouges. Très bonne qualité. Je regrette seulement qu'il n'y ait qu'anglais allemand et coréen comme langue. Les cuiseurs japonais étant en 110V ou sont de vieux modèles 230V un peu dépassés. Ils ont des versions modernes et 230v que j’aurais préféré mais impossibles à trouver en dehors de Hong Kong. Donc par défaut c'est ce que j’ai trouvé de mieux.
